Job Descriptions:
- Respond to telephone, in-person or electronic enquiries or forward to the appropriate person
- Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications and other documents
- Maintaining and updating files and records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
- Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as required and arrange for servicing of office equipment
- Arranging appointments and managing calendars
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes
- Sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents
- Organize the flow of work for other office support workers
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High school diploma

Project Coordinator
Full time permanent position
Location: Saskatoon
Job Descriptions:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve
Help prepare budgets
Analyze risks and opportunities
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Qualifications:
BSc in Business Administration or related field
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING INTERIOR FINISHER/ LABOURER (Saskatoon, SK)
Residential Building Interior Finisher/ Labourer
Full-time permanent position
Location: Saskatoon
Job Descriptions:
look through blueprints and drawings to determine requirements for interior finishing work.
Select, measure, and mark appropriate materials for interior paneling and trims.
Cut and shape materials and join them using glue, nails, screws, and bolts.
Develop work plans and ensure that they are adhered to during each shift.
Cut, shape and assemble wood and plastic sections using shop tools and equipment.
Prepare material estimates and ensure that they are run by clients and supervisors for permission.
Use a variety of tools such as table saws, sheet sanders, nail guns, utility knives, and carpenter squares to perform finishing duties.
Assist in installing wood and plastic panelling on walls and doors while maintaining an aesthetic look of the surface.
Perform wood floor lamination and install handrails and bathroom accessories.
Ensure that the work area is clean and free from hazardous materials before beginning each shift.
Determine the type and dimension of wood that is required and ensure that it is properly levelled before being used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferred
2+ years’ construction industry experience preferred
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
Comfort working in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
